Join me for a full day of Ayurveda inspired:
seasonal yoga, meditation, mindful walking, food and relaxation.
Situated on the beautiful River Stour our day will begin with a welcome ceremony,
followed by an invigorating 90 min yoga class.
After which there will be time to journal, chat and ask questions.
A delicious, 2 course, plant based lunch will be provided.
After lunch we will wander along the river with a walking meditation practice.
Once back at the beautiful venue we take a nourishing 90 min yoga practice
and end the day with a closing ceremony.
You will receive a journal/other items to use during the day and after,
as I hope this practice will stay with you long after the retreat.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
