Join me for a full day of yoga, meditation, mindful walking and relaxation.
Situated on the beautiful River Stour our day will begin with a welcome ceremony, followed by a invigorating 90 min yoga class.
A delicious vegan lunch will be provided, after which we will wander along the river with a walking meditation practice.
Once back at the beautifully situated River Stour Trust centre we take a nourishing 90 min yoga practice and end the day with a closing ceremony.
You will receive a Nature of Yoga journal with helpful prompts to use during the day and after as I hope this practice will stay with you long after the retreat.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
