Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy Memberships: Monthly membership payments are non-refundable once collected. Unused classes cannot be exchanged for cash or future credits unless required by law. Class Blocks: Class blocks are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Paper Kite Yoga in cases of significant illness, injury or exceptional circumstances. Single Class Bookings: Single class bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class, please provide as much notice as possible. Where notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled class, Paper Kite Yoga may, at its discretion, offer a transfer to another available class or provide a class credit. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for missed classes, late cancellations, or non-attendance. If Paper Kite Yoga cancels a class, you will be offered either: A full refund, or A transfer to an alternative class.
