I've had a lot to say on this subject recently and I know I'll have a lot more to say on it as I run more Menopause Workshops, classes and circles.

I haven't posted much about menopause on IG or on my blog. That is going to change, it is after all part of the natural cycle of a woman's life, part of nature's cycle, however we are predominantly living un-natural lives. So it is no surprise that women don't get the support they naturally deserve.
