Treat Yourself to Yoga

The best way to benefit from yoga is to practice regularly and consistently.

10 of the many reasons yoga is good for you

I'm Ready When You Are - Use It or Lose It

use it or lose it image

Have you ever let a machine sit unused for a prolonged period of time?

This is a familiar situation to us all I'm sure, a machine that was in good working condition will now take a lot of work and reconditioning to get it running properly again.

Your body is like that. It is quite literally a machine. It needs to be used regularly. It needs to be pushed regularly.

Did you know that your bones need mechanical stress or they will start to break down? The same thing is true for your heart and other muscles.

Yoga is a great way to regularly recondition your body and mind no matter where you are in life: young or old, fit or unfit, underweight or overweight, just starting yoga or very experienced in the practice - there is only ever the first step, there is only ever now.

I'm ready when you are: getting you regularly moving and breathing better.

I am a dedicated, well trained teacher who is passionate about sharing my love of yoga.

Passionate about sharing the many benefits, some of which are listed above, that come with a regular practice.

Regular practice means regular attendance

support small businesses, you're supporting a dream

To support your regular practice, and my small business, I will be trialling a new booking system which requires students to book and pay per half-term in advance.

This will secure each student's space for the half term and ensure classes continue to run regularly.

I realise there are students that can only make 1 or 2 classes per half term due to work/family commitments - to accommodate those students there will be 2 Drop-In spaces available in each class - those students will need to contact me in advance.

Piggy bank savings

In September Paper Kite Yoga classes* will be booked and paid for per half term in advance (approx 6 week block).

This will give regular students a discount on the previous Drop In rate.

For example a 6 week block will be £45 (working out at £7.50 per week)

(These are fixed prices to secure your place (regardless whether you start on week 1 or week 2) and ensure the class schedule remains as it is. If a week is missed I cannot refund or carry it over.)

For those students who can only attend occasionally a Drop In space can be requested (2 available per wk) If a Drop-In space is available it will be £9.
