Pathway to peak (postures) practised to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body, with an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Pranayama opens the class and we close with guided relaxation.
Mindfulness, inspiration from nature and yoga philosophy gently woven into the classes to bring a deeper experience to your practice on and off the mat.​

OUTDOOR GROUP CLASSES

Mindfulness, inspiration from nature and yoga philosophy gently woven into the classes to bring a deeper experience to your practice on and off the mat.
We practice whatever the weather so dress appropriately to ensure the experience is enjoyable!

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative Yoga is designed for deep relaxation by using passive poses and supporting the body with a variety of props. This allows the nervous system to settle and encourage deep relaxation, bringing a sense of peace and calm throughout your body and mind, helping you feel stronger, both emotionally and physically.
