Service Description

A workshop that combines; the empowering, support gained through gathering with other women going through the same stage of life, and sharing yoga practices that may help increase strength, energy and confidence during this phase. Time to relax and time to chat with others. You will get more information and signposting to take home with you in special workshop goody bags.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a weekly class, please contact us within 24hours of your booking. To cancel a workshop/day retreat, contact me within 2 weeks of your booking to be rescheduled. After that time, I can only reschedule or offer a partial refund if I can fill your space. Residential retreats - please ensure you have holiday insurance in place as we will be unable to offer refunds.
