Shinrin Yoku - Forest Bathing

Service Description

Held in Groton Wood Nature Reserve, beautiful, ancient woodland, parts of which have existed since prehistoric times. A precious remnant of the 'wildwood' that once covered lowland Britain. A proportion of your ticket price goes directly to Suffolk Wildlife Trust contributing to the conservation of local wildlife reserves. This gently guided session combines leisurely walks on paths with activities to help you open your senses, hone your intuition, and experience the woodland as you never have before. I will draw upon mindfulness meditation practices, and the techniques of deep nature connection mentoring. We will enjoy a wonderful afternoon, connecting with nature and practicing mindfulness. We will end our walk with a heart-warming tea gathering. This session is a calm and tranquil experience and therefore is aimed at adults, please do not bring dogs on this walk. If it needs to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions such as a weather warning, you will be notified as soon as possible and will be refunded or able to book on to a subsequent date. I will send you an email with further instructions and my phone number when you book, so you shouldn't have any problem finding the location. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a weekly class, please contact us within 24hours of your booking. To cancel a workshop/day retreat, contact me within 2 weeks of your booking to be rescheduled. After that time, I can only reschedule or offer a partial refund if I can fill your space. Residential retreats - please ensure you have holiday insurance in place as we will be unable to offer refunds.
